Ticket terms

These terms apply to Beer Mile 2026 tickets.

The event

24 September 2026 at Alvarin aukio, Otaniemi, Espoo. Check-in 17:00, first round 17:30. Your round time appears on your ticket before the event.

Prices and payment

Prices are final; no VAT is added. Payment by Stripe.

Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable. There is no 14-day right of withdrawal, because the event takes place on a fixed date.

You can pass your ticket on: change the runner's name from your ticket link until 22 September at 23:59.

If we cancel

If we cancel the event, we refund the ticket in full. If it moves to another date, your ticket is valid for the new date or you can have your money back. We do not cancel for weather.

Age and alcohol

Alcohol is served only to people aged 18 or over, and age is checked at check-in. Under-18s can race with the non-alcoholic option. The organiser may remove a competitor from the race without a refund.

Your own risk

You take part at your own risk and are responsible for judging whether your health allows it. The organiser is not liable for injuries or for belongings left at the venue.

Rules

The rules are on the front page. The judge's decision is final. Breaking the rules leads to disqualification without a refund.

Photography

Photos and video are taken at the event and may be used in Aalto Running Club communications. Tell us at check-in if you would rather not appear.

Disputes

Contact us at aaltorunclub@gmail.com. As a consumer you can also take the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).
